Experimentation tools

Did you know that the FizziQ and FizziQ Junior applications include experimentation tools like stopwatches, duo screen, color synthesizer and configuration settings. Essential instruments for any investigation session in class or at home and for carrying out new scientific experiments.

Stopwatches and triggers

In the FizziQ app, timers and triggers play a crucial role in enriching students' physics learning and questioning.

They enable precise measurement of elapsed time, essential for things like measuring the speed of sound or analyzing speeds and accelerations. Their ability to automatically start measurements facilitates repeatable experiments, improving the accuracy and reliability of collected data. Furthermore, automated measurements minimize human error. Finally, they enable student creativity by providing creative tools.

Multiple data - duo screen

Dual recording mode allows you to analyze two types of data simultaneously, such as sound and acceleration or latitude and longitude, or two data from external sensors, such as temperature and CO2 concentration.

The data is recorded in the experiment notebook and can be presented graphically in two-way graph or XY graph.

The color synthesizer allows you to create colors using additive synthesis from their RGB characteristics. In combination with the app's colorimeter, it's the perfect tool for working with students on color or vision deficiencies.

The settings

The user has access to a large number of parameters which allow him to adapt Fizziq to the type of analysis carried out:

  • The type of modeling

  • Data sampling

  • LED control

  • Front and back camera

  • Vibration and sound signal alert

  • Horizontal screen

  • Number of data displayed
